More than a wonderful historic treasure, McDougall is a spiritually alive, diverse,
inclusive Christian community moving into the future. We cherish our heritage, but are
committed to being the Church in a new way for a new century.
Today, as a downtown church, we are a diverse, inclusive community of people.
Worship is the central act of our life together.
We acknowledge that we live and worship on Treaty 6 territory, the traditional lands and territories of the Indigenous peoples who have lived on and taken care of these lands since time immemorial.

Welcome!
We are pleased and excited to extend a genuine and warm welcome to you. If you are looking for a place you can belong, or are just dipping your toe in the water, you are welcome here.
Maybe you are a regular attender.

Maybe you don’t believe anything specific, but feel there is something about the meaning of life worth searching for.
Maybe you are comfortably part of the mainstream. Maybe you are generally content with your life.
Maybe you have experienced being on the margins or even outright rejected because of who you are. It might be because of your race or colour, your sexual identity or orientation, or a chronic mental or physical health condition, or because you are poor.
You are welcome here.
This is the community of Jesus Christ. Jesus accepts and gives great value to each one of us, and so do we. Come for worship. Stay for coffee. Find that you belong.
